The O'J's (Owen and Johnson's) Gaynor, Paul and I are taking part in Pedal the Borders on 17th July to raise vital funds for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. The 100km route that we are doing takes in the stunning scenery of the Shropshire and Mid Wales border.
