Mel and I are joining a 5-day trek in Cambodia to raise funds for the incredible St John's Hospice in Lancaster. Everyone we know has benefitted at some point from their support and we want to raise as much money as possible to help them to continue to offer this invaluable service to our community. This will not be an easy challenge for us - we are not natural athletes :-) - but sometimes we need to push ourselves out of out comfort zone to support others. This is one of those times.
