Birmingham to Bristol - BT & Overbury Triathlon

With our client BT, the Overbury team is raising funds for the charity Home-Start. Home-Start is a local community network of trained volunteers and professional support that assists families with young children through difficult times.

The team will compete in a three-day triathlon to raise money, which will start in the BT office in Birmingham, and end at the new offices in Bristol. The whole task covers 96 miles in three days!

The challenge starts at Snow Hill Bridge to Alvechurch Marina, the whole kayaking section takes 7 hours, 12 miles, 512 furlongs, and 13 locks. Then from Alvechurch Marina it's a 20-mile, 6 hour 30-minute walk to Evesham. Finally, a challenging 64-mile, 5 hour cycle from Evesham to the Bristol site!
