Parkinson's has deeply affected many of us here in the Juniper Virtual Sales organization. We have experienced the tragic loss of loved ones in the past. We watch as some family members continue their battle in the present.

Parkinson's disease is a progressive disorder that affects the nervous system. Symptoms vary from mild tremors, difficulty making basic muscle motions, to complete loss of movement, speech and memory.

Medications can help improve symptoms, but so far no cure has been found.

How can Parkinson's patients improve their well-being in the face of no full proof medication treatment or cure? The answer is exercise.
