We have decided to take part in the #BigMarathonMonth to support the work of Emmaus Preston and will complete 26.2 miles throughout the month of June!

Emmaus supports formerly homeless people by providing a home, and meaningful work in one of their social enterprises. This meaningful work helps restore the self-esteem that is often lost when a person becomes homeless.

There are currently 29 communities across the UK supporting over 800 formerly homeless people, known as companions. There are also five Emmaus groups working hard to set up an Emmaus community in their local area.
