Around 3 years ago, our beautiful Granny began showing signs of Alzheimer's. After a hard battle for clarification, we finally got the diagnosis which confirmed what we as a family desperately needed. Despite her resilience, her health deteriorated quickly, and she sadly passed away in March.

We'll be running for her, aiming to raise as much money as possible for Alzheimer's Society. We were lucky that Granny still knew who her family was, and that we still had our Granny. However, we know this is far from the case for so many people battling this disease.
