Myself, Sean Gould, Andrew Riddiford, Richard Jones, John Thomas, Lee Jones and Jamie O'Donnell make up our team, not the magnificent seven, are taking part in this challenge as all of us have been affected personally or by knowing someone who has been devastated by Cancer. We are riding for friends and loved ones and also for the brave survivors. If you can donate to this cause in any way it would be appreciated greatly.

Rugby legend Jonathan Davies OBE invites you to join him in Jiffy's Cancer 50 Challenge.

Jiffy's Cancer 50 Challenge, hosted by White Rock Events, is a 50 mile, fully supported bike ride to raise funds for specialist treatment and supportive care for cancer patients from across South Wales. All proceeds from the ride will be divided equally between Velindre Cancer Centre and the South West Wales Cancer Centre.

This is the first large-scale joint fundraiser for Velindre and the South West Wales Cancer Centre, and is an incredible opportunity to improve cancer care across the length of the M4 corridor.

Jonathan says, "having been involved with fundraising for Velindre Cancer Centre for over 14 years, I am extremely passionate about cancer care in South Wales.

I'm so excited to support this brand new venture which will support cancer patients and their families across South Wales"
