It's been a hard year for all of us of late and runningnhas been the one thing that has brought me a little bit of sanity and stillness in a mad old world. Between PPE, lockdowns, Social isolation and distancing I've been running for those who can't... so this autumn I am running the Great North Run (half marathon) and the Great South Run (10 miles) for both the MND Association and the Laura Hyde Foundation

Any external fund aising will be split between both charities....donating here you have the option to pick one charity or split between the two.
