Cure Leukaemia's London 2 Paris returns in 2024 for the best four days you can possibly spend on a bike!

Story

Both Nick and Jim are cycling 500km from London 2 Paris from Thursday 6th - Sunday 10th June 2024 to raise funds for blood cancer charity Cure Leukaemia. Every 14 minutes, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a form of blood cancer and the cure of leukaemia holds personal significance for both of us.

Jim works as a Haematology Consultant at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, where he witnesses first-hand the impact leukaemia has on patients and their friends and families.

Nick works as a GP in Bridgend, where he sees how leukaemia impacts patients and families from initial diagnosis, through and after treatment. Nick lost his mother, Lin, to leukaemia in 2012, so this cause has a special place in his heart.

Every penny we raise will go towards funding specialist research nurses at 15 blood cancer centres across the UK who connect patients with the latest treatments through clinical trials.

Not only do these trials save lives they also help hasten global progress towards eradicating all forms of this disease.
