Next Phase are supporting children's charity Action Medical Research by taking part in a 45km South Coast Trek. A team of 13 of us will trek the gorgeous countryside of the South Downs, from Hove to Arundel on 3rd September 2023 and want to aim as much money as possible for Action Medical.

Action is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children's lives through medical research. For 70 years they have helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people.

Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths. But they urgently need to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children and we can't do it without you.
