This year, NEPO have chosen to raise funds for Anxious Minds, a local North East mental health charity.

Anxious Minds was founded in 2015, by Edward Dean after struggling to find support for his own mental health, after leaving the Army. They believe that everyone deserves to receive exceptional mental health support and aim to provide individuals with the opportunity to participate in their own recovery, in a safe and supportive environment. They strive to empower individuals to take control of their own mental well-being and improve their quality of life.
