We - Beth, Gwen, Leanne, Jayne & Karen - are all putting our best foot forward and walking to prevent suicide from the 10th September - 13th September 2020. We will be marking World Suicide Prevention Day and raising funds for Norfolk and Waveney Mind's suicide prevention and bereavement services.

We have all been touched in some way by this and as an amazing group of friends who have each other and who have always supported each other through difficult times we wanted to raise money for these worthy causes whose aim is to help others and be there for people who may not have anyone else to turn to in times of crisis.

Lighthouse, SAIL and Anchor Projects- aim to support people in Norfolk and Waveney to prevent suicide, support people after immediate loss from suicide and assist those bereaved or affected by suicide.

The rate of suicide in Norfolk from 2015-2017 was 84 suicides per year higher than the national average. Help me to help Norfolk and Waveney Mind lower this number and support the people who need it when they need it.
