It's very rare in someones life that you meet an individual who is influential to so many peoples lives.

Mike was a selfless and passionate person who always took time and space to guide and encourage those around him. Challenging them to be their best, naming the elephant in the room and making them pause before rushing into a response.

In true Mike fashion saying our goodbyes was never going to be enough, instead as a group we have come to together, to raise a foot in his name, embracing challenge and supporting each other along the way.

We cannot thank you enough for your time and contribution to our target.
