We are Nena, Asmah, Rukiya and Faida and during this month of November, we're going to take part in the Miles4Smiles campaign to raise money for refugees around the world - particularly those impacted by the floods in Pakistan.

Refugees often are forced to travel hundreds of miles on foot to reach safety - which may not even be guaranteed. From the 1st of November 2022, RCF is challenging everyone to put yourselves in their shoes and push the limits!

This month, we're going to complete 400 miles through running, walking and cycling.
