On the 9th June 2020, our beautiful Florence became one of the 8000 babies that are born each year at the Jessop Wing and for most parents this is a joyful occasion and a time to celebrate. Sadly some families have to deal with the devastating heartbreak of losing a child. At such an emotionally challenging time, bereaved parents desperately need their own space. Jessops Appeal is focusing on creating a new bereavement suite, where families can spend time in serene surroundings either indoors or outside in a private, peace garden. With your help, we can make an incredibly distressing experience that little bit easier for the 250 families a year that need the support of the bereavement services.Please help the hospital to reach their target of £230,000 in the next 12 months so they can begin to develop this new facility that will provide a haven for bereaved families, caring for them in their hours of need
