We provide welfare for ex-Gurkhas in need to ensure they live in dignity and security

Story

My brother and I are trying to raise money for the fearless Gurkha soldiers and their families. Our Uncle Iain served with them in 1994, so it feels like the right challenge. We are going to climb our stairs to the height of Mount Everest to show our thanks to these brave, extraordinary people. Our challenge is to climb the height of Mount Everest (8,848m). We will climb our stairs, which are 2.1m in total, 50 times a day for 84 days.

The kind support you give towards this epic challenge will go towards supporting Gurkha veterans, their families and wider communities in Nepal, ensuring they are able to live their lives with dignity through the provisions of financial, medical and community aid.

For 200. Years they fought for us, now we fight for them.
