Story

We’re running 5K a Day in May for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).

We’re not experienced runners, far from it, but we’re determined to complete all 31 days in support of this incredible charity, and we’re doing it as part of Mosu, which means a lot to both of us.

CALM is dedicated to preventing suicide and challenging the stigma around mental health. Every week, 125 people in the UK take their own lives. That number has to change. CALM offers life-saving support, sparks national conversation, and reminds people that life is always worth living.

If you’re able to donate, even just £5, it would mean the world to us. Whether you’re supporting CALM, cheering on two slightly out-of-breath people, or backing Mosu’s efforts to support others, we’re so grateful.

Thank you so much for your support.
