The Michelmores 5k Charity Run is set to return on Thursday 12 September 2024 in Exeter. This is a chance to come together with colleagues, family and friends in the great outdoors and raise money for our Exeter Charity Partner, FearFree, who work to break the cycle of abuse across the South West.

Wellbeing, inclusivity and sustainability really matter to Michelmores, and form the foundations for this year's event. Those aged 14 years+ and of all fitness levels are invited to jog or run the route.

We will be encouraging green travel and all runners signing up will receive a race t-shirt, made from recycled materials, in their runners pack.

Gates will open at 16:30 and the run will start at 18:00.

Every pound counts - £30 could purchase a simple smartphone to enable a victim to make safe contact with the charity's services, and £100 could train a Volunteer Befriender who provides weekly mentoring support to people overcoming the trauma of abuse. Please raise as much as you can!
