MK Dons will travel 4,912 miles to matches this season – and the first-team and Academy staff will be doing the same, on foot, in aid of two charities close to home.
The challenge will be in aid of two charities, both of which have a personal meaning to those involved and the Football Club as a whole.
Histiocytosis UK funds research into uncovering the causes of Histiocytic diseases, such as Haemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).
Our much-loved colleague Lucy Dawson passed away from HLH at the age of just 24 in May this year and she remains missed by us all at MK Dons. By raising money for Histiocytosis UK, we hope to help raise awareness, back research and support families such as Lucy’s.

MK Dons Goalkeeper Coach Lewis Price is currently battling testicular cancer and by raising money for Cancer Research UK, we can help them in their quest to fund scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner.
