Our team is made up for Tracey Thomas, Stephanie Waring, Katherine Devonald Brace, Melanie Morgan and Emma Richards and between us we are swimming 150km during Swimathon for Bone Cancer Research supporting 14yr old family friend Maddox Jervis who has been diagnosed with Bone Cancer.

In the past 6 months Maddie has been diagnosed with bone cancer, broken her leg, started chemotherapy, had a partial amputation and now faces full amputation of her leg in March of this year. Once this operation is complete this incredible young lady will need to learn to walk again and overcome whatever daily challenges life throws at her all at the age of 14. Her parents are converting their house so it will be suitable for Maddie and her personal needs. So as a team we want to get behind her to show our support and do something which right now we all think is huge! Between us we will be swimming over 150km between 23rd March and 29th March 2020.
