Story
1 in 4 people will experience mental ill-health in their lifetime and 1 in 15 will attempt suicide in their life time.
Mental Health United, that aims to reduce these numbers through the power of sport and early intervention. Each week they run sessions, known as Football Therapy, which gather people together to play football and build a social and support network.
Each year they run multiple charity football matches to raise funds for Grassroots Suicide Prevention to help raise the awareness around suicide, and to help reduce these numbers.
If you are in a position to make a donation, no matter how great or small (even the cost of a cup of coffee makes a huge difference), your money really will work towards saving someone's life.
