Story
In March 2023, a team of brave cyclists from the UK will embark on a 1000km journey riding across the highs and lows of South Africa to raise funds for The Message Trust.
The route begins at the Pacific coastline in Port Elizabeth and will involve over 25,000ft of uphill cycling through legendary mountain passes, remote savannahs and breath-taking coastlines, culminating on the ninth day with the world’s largest cycle race, The Argus, which finishes at Cape Town’s Atlantic coastline.
The purpose of this ride is to raise £250,000 to support the work of The Message as we work with some of the hardest-to-reach people and deprived communities from across the globe.
