Mental Elf is a 5km family fun run suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you walk, jog, skip or run the 5km, its all about having lots of festive fun whilst raising funds so we can support the people in Birmingham and the wider communities.

Birmingham Mind has been offering mental health services to adults in the Midlands since 1962. We currently support over 4000 individuals experiencing mental distress. Birmingham Mind is proud of its delivery of high quality services in a variety of settings.
