Story
During the month of June us MenoSister's will be doing the 30 DAY FULL BODY CHALLENGE.
This will mean that we will be working our way towards doing 300 exercises in one day by the end of May which will vary in exercise. We have started day 1 by doing 10 squats, 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups with an increase each day (with a few rest day's in between!) working our way up to 300 in a day by the end of June! These will also include curtsey lunges, russian twists, hip bridges, reverse sit-ups and tricep dips. This certainly will be a 'Full Body' challenge!
