As a family of keen readers, we are happy to do what we can to ensure that children learn to read well and with confidence when they leave Primary School. Schoolreaders do fantastic job recruiting volunteers to listen to children read and matching them to local schools. I volunteer myself and would urge others who have the time to consider it - one of the most rewarding ways of spending a couple of hours each week. Miles, Titia and Elodie will be adding their running, skiing, walking and cycling targets to whatever Harry and I manage and we hope to raise money for this great cause.
