Mecca Gym are getting behind Fiona Doyle and Kalinda Healy's '50 Hikes before 50 Challenge' in aid of Acquired Brain Injury Ireland.

Join us for our fundraising hike of the Croghan Trail in Arklow on Sunday 28th July. We're walking the Blue trail which is an easy grade trail suitable for all the family. So why not make a morning of it for the whole family. Here's all the details you need:

Date: Sunday 28th July

Time: Meet 9.45am. Start hike at 10am.

Route: 4km trail with the Blue Waymarking

Walking time: 1 hour 30 min

Grade: Easy/Moderate Robust buggies will cope on these trails

Start/End Point: Raheenleagh Forest Car Park Entrance

Why this fundraiser is so important....

Every day 52 people in Ireland suffer a brain injury. And in that moment their life can change forever.

Acquired Brain Injury Ireland work with survivors in their homes and local communities providing services to help them rehabilitate, adapt and live the most independent life possible.

Each year they support 1,100 survivors but so many more need their help.
