Event: CRY's 100k Heart Month Challenge, from 1 February 2025 to 28 February 2025
We’re inviting you to take on the CRY 100k Heart Challenge! This February for #HeartMonth, run, walk, swim or cycle 100km to raise awareness and funds to help CRY protect young lives through life-saving cardiac screening, research, and support.

Story

During #HeartMonth this February, we are encouraging our supporters to help raise awareness and vital funds for CRY by moving 100km in the month. Whether you choose to run, walk, swim or cycle, it’s the perfect way to boost your energy by getting active, whilst supporting the charity.

This could be a personal challenge or why not set up a team with your family, friends, and colleagues. Not only is it a great way to move more but by getting more people involved, it helps to raise funds and awareness of CRY to a bigger audience.
