Lost Hours Walk 2022 · 1 October 2022 to 31 October 2022 ·

It's time to unite against suicide. 125 people take their own lives every week in the UK. That's not ok. This October, we're taking to the streets across the UK to walk against suicide.

Story

Here at mark-making*, we know that for many, the festive season
can be a challenging time – with 27% saying it has a negative impact on their mental health.

That’s why this November, as we head towards that time of year again, we’re taking part in CALM’s Lost Hours Walk – to stand against suicide, which takes the lives of 125 people every week in the UK.

As well as raising awareness and money for CALM’s vital work,
our 13-mile hike along the Cotswold Way will get us outdoors and closer to nature. And that’s great for our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

We’d love your support

The aim of our walk is to raise £1,000. We’ll show our gratitude by entering you into a prize draw, in which you could win a copy of Libby DeLana’s inspirational book, DO WALK.

From all of us at mm*, be mind kind this winter.
