Me and my wife Jen are taking on the 100km in May challenge for Bliss, the UK's leading charity helping babies born premature or full-term, but sick.

As many of you know our Daughter Margot was born at 29 weeks with severe IUGR and spent 108 days in the NICU. The support we had and the care Margot received was amazing, but the experience is one that no parents or child should have to go through.

We used Bliss for advice and support through this challenging time, and there chat function and various resources gave us understanding and comfort at this time
