We took part in March for Men 2023 to help beat prostate cancer.

Stephen's routine blood test in March 2022 revealed a worryingly high PSA level, which led to the discovery of an aggressive prostate cancer. Treatment has involved 39 sessions of radiotherapy at the Royal Free Hospital (RFH) over an 8 1/2 week period and hormone-suppressing injections which will continue for another two years.

To all you guys over 50: have your PSA tested at least every couple of years; and if you find that you have prostate cancer keep fit throughout the treatment and beyond! And if you are in that bracket, how's about making a donation - think of it as an insurance policy!
