Last year we sadly lost a member of the Jennings family, Mia was just 19 when she suffered a cardiac event.

We are running the 2025 London Marathon in her memory. With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.

CRY enable 14-35 year olds to be screened for cardiac conditions, so far with the help and support of fundraisers like this, CRY has screened over 250,000 young people.

Screening costs approx. £6500 per day, for a 100 people, therefore £65 per person.
