Story
Welcome to our MAK (Molly, Archie, Kasun) Attack Mountains Justgiving page!
Why are we doing our challenge?
The three of us have decided to raise money for two amazing charities: Cancer Research UK and Mind.
Cancer Research UK is a charity which provides the funds for scientists and doctors to carry out the vital research and care required to help beat cancer and provides important information about cancer to the public. This awful disease has sadly had a personal impact on both our own families and friend’s families and we would love to support Cancer Research UK in their attempts to beat it.
Mind is a charity which has helped to support the mental health of millions of people across England and Wales. Mental health has often been overlooked in the past and it is vital that charities like Mind are supported so that people can access the information and support which they need, particularly during these unprecedented times. Our team would love to support Mind and the work that they do and to create more awareness of the importance of talking about mental health, particularly because of our own personal experiences.

What is our challenge?
To fundraise for these two charities, we have set ourselves a big (and mad!) challenge to not only climb the 3 Peaks of the UK, (starting with Ben Nevis in Scotland, then Scafell Pike in England and lastly Snowdon in Wales), but to also navigate the (approximately) 400 miles between them by foot! We will be starting on 24th May and finishing 8th June at the top of Snowdon, just over 2 weeks later!
We would all be VERY grateful if you could help to support us with our challenge by donating to our chosen charities and make it all the more worthwhile!
