We are proud to announce that our chosen charity until April 2025 is Macmillan Cancer Support, an organization that provides vital assistance to individuals and families affected by cancer. This cause is particularly close to our hearts as one of our own team members, Madi, was diagnosed with stage 1 cervical cancer in 2023. After undergoing a radical hysterectomy in October of that year, Madi is now in remission and determined to give back.

Between now and April 2025, we will be hosting a variety of events to raise funds and awareness for Macmillan. This will include Macmillan Coffee Mornings on September 27th, some members of the Coastal Kitchen family running the Great South Run for Macmillan, a quiz night in February, and hopefully many more exciting events. We are committed to supporting this incredible cause and making a positive impact.

In April 2025, Madi will be running the London Marathon to further support Macmillan. Inspired by her journey and the incredible support Macmillan offers, we have set an ambitious goal to raise £10,000 through our efforts. Cancer touches the lives of so many, and we are committed to doing our part to make a difference.
