Very last minute but Sam and I have decided to do the 30 Bays challenge...in one day. And that day is tomorrow.

As we're unlikely to do this again, we thought we'd see if we could raise a few quid for the Heart Foundation at the same time. Mum, Dad and Aunty Vicky, all of whom we have lost in the last five years, had different heart issues and this one is to recognise all the help they received.

The approximate times are on the map and we'd love to see anyone who wants to join us for one or more dips on our adventure.
