Raising money for Huntington's Disease Association
£1,278
raised of £1,000 target
The Club Triumph Round Britain Reliability Run takes place in October 2023 with over 100 Triumph motor cars crossing Britain to raise funds for the Huntington's Disease Association.

Story

Caitriona and I will be driving 2000 miles in 48 hours in our lovely classic 1977 Triumph Spitfire called 'Buttercup' aiming to raise as much money as we can for the Huntington's Disease Association (HDA).

The event will also be sponsored by our own company, The Lost Dutchman Spirits company which will match your donation pound for pound!

Just to recap, 2000 miles in 48 hours means we need to maintain an average speed of 40mph! Not an easy task if you have ever been in a Spitfire! Driving and sleeping for 48 hours in a small little car!!

Anyhow, our trip will start at Knebworth House Hertfordshire, England on Friday 6 October, travelling north to John O'Groats before turning south to Lands End and finishing back at Knebworth House on Sunday 8 October!

It promises to be a spectacular weekend of motoring adventures featuring great cars, people, roads and scenery and we cannot wait to take part!

Please donate and help us raise in the whole event over £100k!

Thank you

Paul & Caitriona and of course, Buttercup! xxx
