I'm raising funds that provide McCormick teams the tools and resources vital to enhancing person-centered care that enriches the lives of residents and those living with dementia, including caregivers through physical exercise, social and spiritual interactions, and brain stimulation exercises.

Last year, Fit for Care raised enough money to purchase a WisperGlide Wheelchair Swing and fund approximately 3-months of additional life enrichment activities and programs. This year's goal is to double this and fund up to 8 months of programs and services.
