Story

Team Galloways is taking on the London Marathon on April 23rd 2023.
Dawn and Ricki are married.

Jo met Dawn when they both did Couch to 5k. They carried on running together and now also occasionally throw themselves into Morecambe bay for fun.

Kev said hello to Dawn when they walked passed each other on the prom one day. They met again at a Parkrun where Dawn volunteered Ricki to run with Kev.

Ricki and Kev started running together. They run linked by a soft tether with Ricki guiding Kev around any obstacles on the route, this could be bollards, broken paving, kerbs, small children, etc.

Alan is Kev’s guide dog, he loves travelling on buses. As guide dogs aren’t allowed to be g uide runner he has become the team mascot.
