We are doing a bike ride through Vietnam and Cambodia to raise money for Women v Cancer. This supports two cancer charities, Breast Cancer Now and Ovarian Cancer Action.

Breast Cancer Now was a place to go to when I needed information when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2009. They were there throughout the treatment and post treatment whenever I had concerns or worries.

I volunteered for them on their moving forward course to help other women come to terms with how to ‘move forward’ once treatment had completed. This can be the scariest time as you are just hoping everything has worked and the cancer will not return.

It will have been 15 years in December 2024 since my last round of chemotherapy so to do this bike ride to raise money for Women v Cancer will be amazing.
