3 of us are players for the Leeds Rhinos Physically Disabled Rugby League (PDRL) team and our 4th is a huge fan and top bloke. Si is a war blinded veteran from the Iraq conflict, Dan has a rare form of Muscular dystrophy and Tom having internal organ issues dating back to childhood illness, had all been told certain sports including rugby were no longer acessable. However 2 years ago among fellow disabled deniers of bounders they came together under the Leeds Rhinos banner to continue in the game they love. As BVUK is close to Si and the work he does they are coming together to take on this challenge. The hope is to inspire others and show disability is just another challenge and spirit is not dampened.
