Get filthy for The Hospice of St Francis at this 7km or 14km fun and muddy obstacle course around the stunning grounds of Ashridge House!

Story

I'm getting filthy for The Hospice of St Francis to help fund their special care to those that need it most.

We will be running, walking and jumping into HUGE pools of mud for a whole 7km with colleagues from British Gas and Team Limehouse. Ryan, Charly, Lauren and Gareth will be taking part in this challenge on 13th October 2024.

Safe to say it was a spontaneous sign up...Charly can only run for 5 minute stints doing week 4 of Couch to 5k, Ryan has just completed his 1 million steps challenge and looking for a new challenge (as always), Lauren is a new into running but she's been smashing her 5km runs and Gareth...well Gareth is a competitive runner who is doing the marathon in April so he will be the motivation we all need. BUT we are all looking forward to the challenge and some time to do something different together.

Please help us raise money for this incredible cause! It will be a huge challenge for us and not to mention it will be cold...and wet... *insert princess emoji here*

About the charity

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £5m we need each year to fund our free care.
