This April, I’m pushing my limits to overcome my fear of heights by taking on the Tower Colliery Zip World challenge—all while raising money for the Welsh Air Ambulance Charity. This vital service requires £11.2 million annually to keep helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road, delivering lifesaving medical care across Wales.
