Our small and pretty unfit team are trying to raise a few £s for British Home, a superb charity close to where we work. The 6 of us are trying to cover at leaat 1000km in the month of April.

British Home is a Royal Charter charity that supports people living with neuro-disability. They have a proud history of care and support, and have been based at Crown Point, near Streatham Common, since 1892.

Update 29/04/21: Wonderful news, our employer, Markel International, has kindly agreed to match-fund every penny we raise, so any total you see will be doubled, as will every donation you’ve kindly given us!

Update: 27/04/21: We’ve done it! Not only are we through the 1000km mark, we are now past 1200km. Thank you so much to everyone for their continued support. We have also broken the £1000 mark, which is incredible, and that’s not including Gift-Aid.

Update 22/04/21: Today the team stands on the brink of smashing through our target. We are currently on 985.23km. Thank you SO much for all of your support, it is so greatly appreciated. We certainly wont stop at 1000km, and will see how far we can get by the end of the month.

Update 20/04/21: The team continue to churn through the kilometers, and show no sign of easing up. Yesterday we collectively passed the 900km mark!

Update 12/04/21: We’ve now

smashed through the 500km mark in 11 days. I am super proud of how everyone is doing.

Update 07/04/21: The team has busted its way through in excess of 300km already, which is pretty super-duper from a standing start. Well done all!
