Lear UK is recognised for our outstanding generosity when donating to charity events and the teamwork surrounding supporting those events.

This year, we formed a new relationship with Myton Hospice Coventry.

Myton has facilities in Rugby and Leamington as well as Coventry providing inpatient services, specialist care, wellbeing support, help through bereavement, respite, home visits, citizens' advice, counselling & so much more. These services are offered free of charge. It costs ~£11m per year to provide their care, with just 20% coming from the NHS with the remainder raised through the charity…

In March, we were warmly welcomed to the Coventry facility by James and the Reception team who were excited to have us on board to support the charity moving forward. The introduction was successful; we got to understand their needs in terms of outreach, volunteering and support with fundraising activities and events, which was a great start to building a relationship.

Considering this, we have recently advertised the Coventry Cathedral Abseil event on Saturday 28th September - All 10 spots allocated to Lear have now been filled!

To reach Myton’s fundraising target of £35,500, they rely on sponsorship from us Abseilers!
