Members and friends of the Leeds Children's Transplant Team are taking on individual challenges to raise money for Children in Need because they support children to achieve their full potential.

The children from the Leeds Children's Transplant Team, who all received their gifts of life at Leeds Children's Hospital, will be taking on individual rambles around the UK, to encourage people to talk about Organ Donation, to show how much Transplant Sport means to them and to raise funds for Children in Need, who fund the vital role of the Transplant Sport Kids and Teens Coordinator. Transplant Sport brought all of these children together as transplant recipients, but it is their endless support and belief in one another which keeps them together as friends. 💪 #TeamLeeds
