On Thursday 7th March 2023 a group of LCFC staff are giving up their beds for the night to support local homeless people by sleeping out on the concrete in King Power Stadium. It won't replicate what it really feels like to sleep rough, but by giving up our creature comforts for a night we can make a real difference locally.

All funds support YMCA Leicestershire, which provides 104 beds each night to young people who have no safe place to call home. A young person who has suffered trauma, family breakdown or abuse will take many little steps before they are ready to leave with confidence to set up a home of their own.

YMCA also help street homeless adults providing breakfast, food parcels and one to one advice to address issues of homelessness and find a place to live.

£10 buys a welcome pack for someone with no belongings.

£80 could buy interview clothes and shoes

£275 could pay for a month of specialist support for a young person who has suffered abuse
