Lauren and Seri have both experienced the Magic that the Weldmar Hospice care Trust manage to weave in incredibly challenging circumstances. Despite offering home care, hospice care, clinics and support for life limiting conditions the hospice is funded by charity and we hope to give back just a little for all they do.
