Teams of two or four will be setting off at sunrise on this Triathlon-style adventure challenge aiming to finish before the sun sets! Teams will cycle, hike and canoe around the breath taking area of Coniston in the Lake District on 8th July 2023.

Story

We are taking part in the Race the Sun event in the Lake District to raise money for Action medical research, an important UK charity saving the lives of children

Two 4 person teams taking on:

23 mile bike ride out of Coniston

2 mile Canoe on Coniston water

5.5 mile hike to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston
