Without giving up too much info about us individually, let’s just say we are all grateful to MIND for the help they bring to the community. They provide free service to people in desperate need of support.
We cannot express loudly enough that this event is well out of all of our comfort zones…
On February 2nd we will be braving the cold North Sea at Gorleston Beach to fundraise for mental health support.
If you can spare a couple of quid or more, that would be grateful received.
The bottom line is that your donation could help save someone’s life.
