It's me again, 10 years on.

You may well remember back in 2015 I spent the entire year styling myself wearing a different second-hand outfit every single day (my knickers always my own, obvs) fundraising for Cancer Research UK. I set out to bring some happiness to my life, having lost my darling mum Mary to breast cancer. Mum was a long-serving volunteer at our local Cancer Research UK shop in Harpenden and I took over her shift when her illness became too much. The shop and the charity mean't so much to her and it is in her memory that my fundraising campaign 'Knickers Model's Own' was born. A year that helped me through my grief and share my passion for styling second-hand. The generosity of every single donor was extraordinary and I felt the love and kindness of the community around me, pushing me on, day after day throughout the year.

So, now I want to do it all over again. Over the last decade too many of my close friends and family have suffered with cancer and I hope that by styling myself up head-to-toe in a different second-hand outfit, sourced from the brilliant Cancer Research UK shops, every single day of 2025, I can bring a smile to your day and raise some vital funds. It goes without saying that my knickers are still very much my own!
