Story

John Kinirons is going to cycle between all the Murphy offices from 29 June to 2 July 2021 - he will be joined by his Murphy colleagues along the way too!

We are proud to support CALM, our charity partner.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Our goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for everyone.

CALM'S SOLUTION

> A free helpline 0800 585858 and webchat (5pm-12am daily) for anyone who needs to talk about life's problems. The service is confidential, anonymous and staffed by trained professionals.
> Bereavement support through the Support After Suicide Partnership, hosted by CALM
> www.theCALMzone.net is CALM's website, hosting inspiring content alongside information and support
> Successful campaigns tackling stereotypes of masculinity, suicide and mental health, including #BiggerIssues, #ManDictionary, #DontBottleItUp and #Project84

CALM's helpline and webchat services directly prevented 675 suicides in 2018.

Help us save more lives.
